Parking rates are from 12:30 PM on the day of arrival until noon the day of departure. Vehicles remaining in the overflow lot after noon on the day of departure will be charged an additional day's rate.
Extended stay parking is for registered guests of the campground. A minimum of 2 separate stays are required for multi-month overflow
lot reservations.

Violation of any of our policies may result in dismissal from our park. No refunds will be given to guests who are asked to leave.

- 50% deposit required for all stays booked more than 7 days prior to arrival.
- 100% deposit required on stays booked within 7 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
- Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
- Reservations including a Holiday stay will require 14-day notice of cancellation to avoid forfeiture of the deposit placed.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
- If you need to reschedule your reservation, you may do so once for no additional fees. This must be done 24 hours or more in advance to your scheduled arrival date. Rescheduled stays must be made prior to the Park's closing date. Deposits on rescheduled stays are considered non-refundable. Rescheduled reservations will be re-booked at the current rate for the new dates or at the previously booked rate, whichever is higher.
- A $25.00 reservation change fee will be charged for shortened stays. Reservation changes must be completed 24 hours or more in advance to your scheduled arrival date. Reservation changes must still meet minimum night requirements.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT & REGISTRATION
- Check in time is from 2:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. No set up will be allowed after 11:00 P.M. Campers arriving after check in period will have to wait until the following day at 8:00 A.M. to set up. Please call in advance to make parking arrangements if arriving after hours.
- Check out time is 12:00 P.M. on the day of departure. Departures after 12 PM will be charged for an additional nights stay. Late departures may be available depending on availability for an additional fee upon request.
- We may be able to accommodate early arrivals depending on site availability for an additional fee. If you expect to arrive prior to 2:00 pm, please contact us to discuss the possibility of an early check-in.
SITE NUMBERS
- Site numbers are not given until check in is complete unless the Site Guarantee Fee has been paid.
- Site numbers can be requested but are not guaranteed unless the fee has been paid.
- Site Guarantee Fee is a flat $35/site

QUIET HOURS
- Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. The Front Gate will be closed from 11:30pm - 7am. The Back Gate will be closed from 10:00pm - 7am. during quiet hours. Registered guests disrupting other campers after quiet hours will be given a warning. If disruption continues, campers will be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund.
CAMPERS PER SITE
- Rates include 2 adults & their minor children.
- Additional adults $10 per night.
- Limit 6 adults per site. Limit 6 people total per site.
VEHICLES/CAMPING UNITS PER SITE
- Rates include 1 camping unit (RV, Camping Trailer, Pop-up, tent) and two “vehicles”.
- It is our policy to limit the number of vehicles per site to two. "Vehicle" includes personal motor vehicle (car, truck), utility trailer, dune vehicle, boat, boat-trailer, etc. Overflow parking will be available on a first come first serve basis for extra vehicles at the rates listed in the Overflow Parking Lot section.
- All vehicles must be street legal to be driven in the park (with the exception of golf carts). Any ATV's or ORV's that are not street legal must be trailered or stored when within the park. No quads will be allowed to operate within the park.
- Out of respect for other campers, we do not allow vehicle maintenance or engine tuning within the park. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the site from oil, etc.
- Trailers not used for camping purposes must not exceed 16' in length to stay on the camp site. Any non-camping trailer longer than 16' in length must be stored in the overflow parking lot with the appropriate parking pass (please see Overflow section for details). Exceptions may be made if booking Pull-Through sites - please call us for further details.
- All camping units must be certified by manufacturers as complying with ANSI A119.5 standard for recreational park trailers. Modified camping units must have prior approval from management to stay in the park.
- We highly recommend campers use surge protectors and water pressure regulators when connecting to the campground utilities.
- One additional tent may be added to your site for an additional fee of $15/night. Note: screened tents/porches are not subject to this fee.
- We do not allow tents on our Premium Full Hookup sites.
- There is a limit of two camping units per site (one unit must be a tent).
- Generators are prohibited in our park.
- Vehicle tags must be visible on all vehicles in the campground and overflow parking area. Any unpermitted vehicles on our property will be towed at the owners expense.
GOLF CARTS
- If you are planning on operating a golf cart within the park we require a certificate from your insurance company on file.
- Drivers must have a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart within the park.
- Golf carts must have adequate lighting to be driven after dusk.

VISITORS
- Visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a daily fee. Any fee not paid for by the visitor will automatically be paid for by the registered guest they were visiting.
- All visitors must register at the office.
- Visiting hours end at 10 PM. We ask that daily visitors please leave the park by 10:00 p.m. Overnight guests are subject to the additional campers’ rate ($10 per adult).
- Registered campers are responsible for their visitors. Please make sure all visitors are aware of all campground rules.
- Registered campers are responsible to pay for any damages their visitors may cause.
- Registered campers may be asked to leave if their guests are disrupting other campers.
PETS
- Pets are welcome, but cannot be left alone, and must always be leashed, quiet, and picked up after.
- Up to 2 pets allowed per campsite.
- Please do not stake pet leashes or any tie outs into the grass. It can damage our irrigation system. The picnic table provided may be used as an anchor point.
- No pets allowed in the pool area, bathrooms, or ponds.
- If pets are left unattended you will be asked to leave.
FIREWOOD
- Firewood is available for purchase in the Camp Store.
- Trees and logs are property of the campground. Cutting, injuring and driving nails into the trees is prohibited. Please do not cut or "trim" any trees or bushes on the property.
- We ask that no rope be tied around the trees. This includes clotheslines.
- We ask that you do not bring firewood into the campground.
FIRES
- Please keep your fires in fire rings only. Do not burn garbage, plastic, food wrappings etc. If plastic is burned in the fire ring or trash is left in the fire ring, a cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
- Our fire rings can now be moved around the site. If the ring is not on the site after your departure, a fee of $500 will be charged to the card on file.
- The fire ring must stay on the site. Picnic tables can be moved but must be returned to the original site before departure.
HAMMOCKS
- Hammocks are allowed in the campground ONLY if they are set up properly.
- No hammocks are to be hung from trees that are unhealthy or have dead branches.
- Only one hammock should be attached to a tree.
- Only use trees that are at least 12 inches in diameter.
- To prevent harm to our trees, the hammocks must be hung using padded rope or "Tree Saver" straps. No cloth, plastic ropes, or cord may be used.
- Do not hang hammocks on sites that are not yours.
- Our campground is located in a beautiful setting, in order to keep our trees healthy we ask that all hammock users follow the above guidelines. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to take down your hammock for the remainder of your stay.
POOL/SPLASH PAD
- Open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- No animals allowed in pool or on pool deck.
- All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Never swim alone.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
- No food, drink, or glass of any kind to be inside pool area fence please.
- Children in diapers must wear a Little Swimmer, available for purchase at the camp store.
- No diving.
CHILDREN
- Children must be supervised in the restroom and at the pool.
- Children under the age of 18 must return to their campsites by 10 PM. After 10 PM all children must be accompanied by an adult.
- No riding bikes, roller blades or skateboards after dusk. Please do not ride them through the landscaping.
OTHER POLICIES
- Speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and always watch for children.
- Please remember you are a guest at a family campground. Offensive music, vulgar language, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Campers may be asked to leave (without a refund) if disruption of other campers continues.
- Smoking is not permitted in any public area, including all buildings, pool, playground, bathrooms and at all community events.
- Alcohol is allowed at your camp site. Please keep in mind we are a family campground, and remember to always drink responsibly.
- Underage drinking is illegal and will not be tolerated.
- Please do not walk through other campers’ sites.
- Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the campground property. Violators will be evicted.
- Campsites must be kept neat and clean. Overly messy campsites are subject to a cleaning fee.
- Please take any garbage to the dumpsters daily. Registered guests that leave garbage on site will be charged a garbage removal fee.
- Pond is for catch and release fishing. No fishing license required.
- No swimming in ponds.
- Please respect all wildlife on the property.
- Guests agree to allow the campground to charge the card on file for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur. Guests also agree to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to the Manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premises, guests will notify Management or staff immediately.
Violation of any of our policies may result in dismissal from our park. No refunds will be given to guests who are asked to leave.
