Violation of any of our policies may result in dismissal from our park. No refunds will be given to guests who are asked to leave.

- 50% deposit required for all stays booked more than 10 days prior to arrival.
- 100% deposit required on stays booked within 10 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT & REGISTRATION
- Check in time is from 2:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. No set up will be allowed after 11:00 P.M. Campers arriving after check in period will have to wait until the following day at 8:00 A.M. to set up. Please call in advance to make parking arrangements if arriving after hours.
- Check out time is 12:00 P.M. on the day of departure. Departures after 12 PM will be charged for an additional nights stay. Late departure available for a fee upon request.
- Registration option is available for "express check-in" within 24 hours of scheduled arrival.
- Site numbers are not given until registration is complete unless the Site Guarantee Fee has been paid.
QUITE HOURS
- Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. The gate will be closed during quiet hours. Registered guests disrupting other campers after quiet hours will be given a warning. If disruption continues, campers will be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund.
CAMPERS PER SITE
- Rates include 2 adults & minor children.
- Limit 6 adults per site. Limit 6 people total per site.
- Additional adults $10 per night.
VEHICLES/CAMPING UNITS PER SITE
- Rates include 1 camping unit (RV, Camping Trailer, Pop-up, tent) and two “vehicles”.
- It is our policy to limit the number of vehicles per site to two. "Vehicle" includes personal motor vehicle (car, truck), utility trailer, dune vehicle, boat, boat-trailer, utility trailer etc. Overflow parking will be available for extra vehicles at the rates listed in the Overflow Parking Lot section.
- All camping units must be certified by manufacturers as complying with ANSI A119.5 standard for recreational park trailers. Modified camping units must have prior approval from management to stay in the park.
- One additional tent may be added to your site for an additional fee of $15/night. Note: screened tents/porches are not subject to this fee.
- There is a limit of two camping units per site.
GOLF CARTS
- If you are planning on operating a golf cart within the park we require a certificate from your insurance company on file.
- Drivers must have a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart within the park.
- Golf carts must have adequate lighting to be driven after dusk.

VISITORS
- Visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay daily fee. Any fee not paid for by the visitor will automatically be paid for by the registered guest they were visiting.
- All visitors must register at the office.
- Visiting hours end at 10 PM. We ask that daily visitors please leave the park by 10:00 p.m. Overnight guests are subject to the additional campers’ rate ($10 per adult).
- Registered campers are responsible for their visitors. Please make sure all visitors are aware of all campground rules.
- Registered campers are responsible to pay for any damages their visitors may cause.
- Registered campers maybe asked to leave if their guests are disrupting other campers.
PETS
- Pets are welcome, but cannot be left alone, and must always be leashed, quiet, and picked up after.
- Up to 2 pets allowed per camp site.
- Please do not tie your pet to campground property.
- No pets allowed in pool area, bathrooms, or ponds.
- If pets are left unattended you will be asked to leave.
FIREWOOD
- Firewood is available for purchase in the Camp Store.
- Trees and logs are property of the campground. Cutting, injuring and driving nails into the trees is prohibited. Please do not cut or "trim" any trees or bushes on the property.
- We ask that you do not bring firewood into the campground.
- Open 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM.
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- No animals allowed in pool or on pool deck.
- All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Never swim alone.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
- No food, drink, or glass of any kind to be inside pool area fence please.
- Children in diapers must wear a Little Swimmer, available for purchase at the camp store.
- No diving.
CHILDREN
- Children must be supervised in the restroom and at the pool.
- No riding bikes, roller blades or skateboards after dusk. Please do not ride them through the landscaping.
OTHER POLICIES
- Speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and always watch for children.
- Please remember you are a guest at a family campground. Offensive music, vulgar language, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Campers may be asked to leave (without a refund) if disruption of other campers continues.
- Smoking is not permitted in any public area, including all buildings, pool, playground, bathrooms and at all community events.
- Alcohol is allowed at your camp site. Please keep in mind we are a family campground, and remember to always drink responsibly.
- Underage drinking is illegal and will not be tolerated.
- Please do not walk through other camper’s sites.
- Please do not move fire rings. If fire rings are moved and used a $25 fee will be charged to the account on file.
- Please keep your fires in fire rings only. Do not burn garbage, plastic, food wrappings etc.
- Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the campground property. Violators will be evicted.
- Campsites must be kept neat and clean. Overly messy campsites are subject to a cleaning fee.
- Please take any garbage to the dumpsters daily. Registered guests that leave garbage on site will be charged a garbage removal fee.
- Pond is for catch and release fishing. No fishing license required.
- No swimming in ponds.
- Please respect all wildlife on the property.
